Evidence Based OT Assessments and Ongoing Telehealth Support

We specialise in delivering clear, evidence-based occupational therapy assessments, reports, and ongoing telehealth sessions for NDIS participants. We currently provide the following services:

Functional Capacity Assessments

Comprehensive evaluations of a participant’s functional abilities and support needs across all relevant life domains.

Home and Living Reports

Specialist assessments to support applications for Supported Independent Living (SIL), Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA), and Individualised Living Options (ILO), with a focus on risk, complexity, and capacity building.

Ongoing Telehealth Occupational Therapy

In addition to assessments and reports, we provide ongoing telehealth occupational therapy sessions designed to:

• Support independence with daily living and community participation
   
• Build executive functioning skills such as planning, organisation, and emotional regulation
   
• Improve goal achievement and follow-through using structured, evidence-based strategies
   
• Provide consistent, flexible support without travel barriers
   

Telehealth sessions are delivered via secure video conferencing, making therapy accessible and effective - whether you live regionally, have mobility challenges, or prefer sessions from the comfort of your own home.
