We specialise in delivering clear, evidence-based assessments and reports for NDIS participants with complex needs, including:


Functional Capacity Assessments


Comprehensive evaluations of a participant’s functional abilities and support needs across all relevant life domains.


Home and Living Reports


Specialist assessments to support applications for Supported Independent Living (SIL), Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA), and Individualised Living Options (ILO), with a focus on risk, complexity, and capacity building.



Specialist Areas of Practice


  • Foetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD): Trauma-informed assessments tailored to the unique needs of individuals with FASD.
     
  • Forensic Disability Support: Experienced in working with participants involved in, or transitioning from, the justice system.
     
  • Aboriginal Health (Regional and Remote): Culturally responsive assessments that prioritise safety, connection to Country, and community engagement.
     
  • ART Appeals (Administrative Review Tribunal): Independent, clinically justified reports to support NDIS appeals and complex funding decisions.

Regional Services

Key OT Services is available for work in regional and remote areas for NDIS assessments and reports. Please contact us for further information.


We currently support participants in  Bidyadanga,  Derby, Broome, Port Hedland, Geraldton, and Fitzroy Crossing.

About me

I'm an  Independent Occupational Therapist with over 6 years experience. I previously worked in the UK in Social Services in the older Persons and Physical Disability Team. Since moving to Australia I have worked with clients with varying diagnoses aged 18 plus in the NDIS space. I have supported participants in regional areas and those experiencing complex situations.  Before I became an OT I served in The Royal Navy for 5 years as a Communications Specialist.
