Meet Kayley-Marie

Kayley-Marie Fisher is the founder of Key OT Services and an AHPRA-registered occupational therapist with more than seven years of experience across Australia and the United Kingdom.

Her experience spans disability, community practice, complex functional assessment, service leadership and working alongside people involved with multiple support systems. Her current work focuses on complex assessment and reporting, psychosocial disability, FASD-informed practice, justice and custodial contexts, and regional and remote service delivery.

Kayley is known for taking complex information and turning it into clear evidence, practical recommendations and a way forward that makes sense for the person and the people supporting them. She takes the time to understand what everyday life actually looks like—not only what appears in a diagnosis, referral or funding plan.

She established Key OT Services because she wanted occupational therapy to extend beyond an assessment, report or appointment. That vision now shapes both the practice and Key OT Connect: therapy that remains connected to real life and the people involved in making it work.
