Goal-directed intervention focused on building capacity and applying practical strategies in everyday life, with ongoing support delivered through Key OT Connect.
Services Across Western Australia
Face-to-face services are currently available across Perth, Mandurah and the wider Peel region; Bunbury, Busselton, Collie and surrounding South West communities; and Broome and Derby.
Services are delivered in the settings most relevant to the person and purpose of the referral, including the home, community, workplace and other agreed locations. Assessment and reporting may also be undertaken in custodial settings, subject to facility access and approval.
Telehealth is available across Western Australia, with other regional and remote locations considered by arrangement.
