Key OT Services is led by a neurodivergent occupational therapist and values different ways of thinking, organising work and practising well.
We do not operate from a clinic, and we do not believe every clinician needs to work in exactly the same way to deliver high-quality occupational therapy.
Future roles may combine home-based report writing and clinical work, telehealth, community visits, complex assessment or structured ongoing OT. We aim to shape caseloads around a clinician’s strengths, location, capacity and the type of work they do well—supported by clear expectations, good communication and professional accountability.
We are building a thoughtful Western Australian team and welcome expressions of interest from experienced occupational therapists who value autonomy, sound clinical reasoning and work that remains connected to real life.
